Design and Build Process
We collaborate closely with our clients throughout the design and building process to make sure that the client's needs, preferences, and vision are taken into account in all decisions.
Stage 1 : Initial Consultation and Feasibility
In this stage, we meet with the client(s) for an Initial Consultation: we learn about the nature of the project, understand the purpose of the space, discuss the extent of the design work, gather their requirements and preferences, and take into account the project's constraints, which may be regulatory or financial in nature. Then, we inspect the site in person, take space measurements, and determine the feasibility of the project.
Stage 2 : Concept Development
During the concept development process, potential design solutions are brainstormed, and based on it Schematic Drawings are created, which are short sketches and visualizations that show the location, orientation, distribution of space, circulation patterns, linkages between space and activity, color schemes, and other crucial design elements.
Stage 3 : Presentation of Design Concepts
In the course of the consultation phase, we will discuss your project goals, budget, and timeline. Then, we will visit your site to assess the area and gather measurements as well as discuss any specific design requirements or preferences you may have. We'll also review any existing design elements that may need to be incorporated or removed.
Stage 4 : Final Design Development
and Contract Documentation
Proceeding to the design planning stage. Here, we'll develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Afterward, according to your idea for the room, we'll choose the materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and more that meet your ideal space. To ensure design viability and functionality, we'll work closely with contractors and other experts. We'll also offer our plans to you for review and comments.
Stage 5 : Project Execution
Finally, the plan will then be put into action. To ensure that the project runs smoothly, we'll arrange with our own contractors or those you have introduced to us. We'll make regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. We'll also install furnishings, fittings, and finishes.
